Do The Side Effects Of Prescription Drugs Ever Scare You?

Ask Your Question: I have known of several people personally who had very bad side effects from commonly prescribed medications that were not abused. I even knew a man that was fairly healthy who was hospitalized from a common cholesterol med. Some Naturopaths believe that medicine just moves the disease (or problem you have) from one place in the body to another, not to mention the fact that more and more research is coming out that proves that the Pharmaceutical companies put more money into advertising than research. Can anyone recommend some good books on this topic?
